Sales fell 15.6% from the month before, and were down 3.6% year-over-year.

Prices improved in Jul 2019 with the median price climbing 17.3% from the previous month, up 25.4% compared to last year. The average price rose 31.6%, a yearly gain of 36.6%.

Inventory fell 26.1% from last month, and was down 33.7% year-over-year.
